Pelicans! All shots from my patio with my phone.
I opened my drapes this morning to see these two eyeballing fish as they swim by the rocks. Each would hop in the water, then gulp some fish.

Several days ago, I got this shot of several pelicans hoping for a handout from the guy who delivers fresh fish to the hotel restaurant.

And a profile shot of a pelican perched on the rocks a couple of days ago.

(10,606 posts)The third is a perfect profile. What in the world is the make and model of your cellular phone that takes such great pictures?!?!?

(33,071 posts)My tech son recommended One+ to me for my first smart phone 5 years ago. Had to update with a new phone last fall because of carrier going to 5G, but didn't spring for the latest model, a 9, but now they are out with a 10.
I didn't even bring my Canon camera on this trip. Long story.

(33,071 posts)I've been coming to this resort for 10 years. My husband and I usually stayed in a beachfront room, but now that I'm on my own, I prefer the marina side. I enjoy watching the boat traffic in and out, as well as the critter activity. More pelicans this trip and far fewer green iguanas visible from my room.
