Game of Thrones: History of Seven Kingdoms before Game of Thrones begins

Just watched this video, and it's a great intro to the history of the Seven Kingdoms. I didn't know a lot of this backstory to Ned Stark, Robert Baratheon, and the Targaryens. Be sure to watch the second video that follows right after it on Youtube.

Always amazes me the creativity of writers, not only to write a story, but characters, families, people, creatures, lands they are from,
And now, the lands and times before the story that we got to see.
