Just Once I'd Like To See Them Find The Treasure On One Of These.....

treasure shows. How many seasons has Curse of Oak Island had? In order to fill in the whole hour of the program - they keep repeating the same stuff over and over again. And I like Curse of Oak Island.

Now they're giving us Curse of Civil War Gold - which really is a weak program. The stupid leads these guys follow up on and the obvious questions they fail to ask or probe deeper with.

And Marty Lagina - from Oak Island fame is tying his name to this Civil War Gold show. He's funding these guys - because they found a silver confederate coin.

Wouldn't you like to see one of these shows - just hit it big and find the treasure or gold?

I guess I'm a sucker for these shows - but I'm beginning to think I could make better use of my time.

.... Then flush the pieces down the toilet. The television is a Fascist tool to sedate you with Nazi propaganda. Do not spend much time glued to your set.

I've been following the story since 1988, something happened on the island, a huge amount of engineering went into it, this has all been documented.

What was done there is a mystery but more evidence has been found in the last few years than ever before.

There may be no treasure but the original money pit has never been excavated far enough to see what's there so it may still be in place.

Numerous theory's have been stated and I don't know what the truth is but something did take place there, I'd love to see it finally solved but it may not happen in my lifetime.

At least it isn't another expedition to Loch Ness or other such claptrap such as the hunt for Bigfoot.

Enjoy

It's just that once an answer to a mystery is found there is no longer a need to search for it. Admire it, study it? Certainly.

My favorite has always been a Spanish treasure ship.

When the Spanish were done grabbing the treasures in the new world they brought over mining engineers and went directly to the ore in the mines.

A ship with an engineer heading back to Spain is blown off course, ends up damaged on oak island, they use the engineer and crew of 100-200 to bury the treasure as the ship even though repaired may not make it to Spain with the weight of the cargo.

They leave after a few months and sink at sea, no survivors.

This fits in with the carbon dating done so far and many treasure galleons sank on the way back to Spain lost forever.

And the treasure awaits.

Something happened on the island and it wasn't done by amatuers or pirates, the builders knew what they were doing.

Pretty sneaky for a beast with no education or ulterior motives.

I always thought the Loch Ness critter might be real until I read a theory by a marine critter artist that shot that down in flames.

I can't recall his name at the moment but he made it clear that it doesn't exist and I agree.

I lived and fished commercially in Alaska for nearly two decades, I saw marine life up close all the time including a 20 foot plus Orca trying to take a sea lion off the side of our skiff while we headed into the beach to skin and process it, I've been within five feet of Orca's, Whales and such in the wild many a time.

The artist stated that if there was something in the Loch it would be seen regularly hunting and feeding or even coming up for air, it would be obvious that it existed, you wouldn't have to look for it as it wouldn't care if it was seen by humans and with the massive effort looking for it for decades now, if it existed we'd know all about it.

But yeah Bigfoot is one sneaky critter, he's just waiting for the right book deal to tell his story......💰
