"POSE" - outstanding tv series alert (FX)

Great new show on Fox, a true hidden gem. Renewed for Season 2. Late 1980s NYC perfection. Out of this world cast - black real-life transgender women actors in leading roles and acting is superb.

Reminded me the people I knew in my early days in NYC. Nostalgic for me. It was cool to watch a number of scenes filmed in the Chelsea Diner... near my home!! The pier scenes with the World Trade Center in the background were surprising emotional for me, because I remember back in the day looking at the Twin Towers from the piers and thinking they were immortal... for some future archeologists to discover, like the pyramids.
