Actor Hugh Beaumont was #BornOnThisDay, Feb. 16, 1909. Appeared in numerous films during the 1940s & 1950s but is best known for his role as "Ward Cleaver" on the TV series Leave It to Beaver (1957-'63). Passed in 1982 (age 73) from #heartattack #RIP #GoneTooSoon #BOTD #TVLIFE

Tales of Wells Fargo. I think it was just before he got Leave It to Beaver. It was kind of jarring to see him in a western, in his late 40s, playing an outlaw who died at the age of 35.
