From childhood, I always loved "Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer" (and the music) but TBH I haven't seen it in a very long time.

As an adult, I've really come to love old time radio broadcasts that focus on the holidays, especially Jack Benny and the spinoff show from that, the Phil Harris Show. Jack Benny is so hilarious. The writing on that program is brilliant, some of the best I've ever heard. I wish there were some books about every aspect of that program, some bios on the people, maybe a book of scripts. I'm sure at the time those programs were popular there was a lot more info, but it's been lost to history or hard to find.

Charlie Brown, The Grinch and Rudolf (sung by Burl Ives). I find Frosty The Snowman and The Little Drummer Boy creepy for some reason.

But I also love Dean Martin, Bing Crosby, Andy Williams, etc.

I taught my 1st grade students to sing "The 12 Days..." each year and they were hysterical. We went "caroling" to the other classrooms and the other teachers always cracked up. One year a student sang "Two Turtle Ducks" and the kid next to him nudged him so hard he almost fell over. I couldn't contain my laughter. I have the VHS tape and I still crack up.

10. Macy's parade

My wife and some of our friends are the characters on the Macy's Peanuts float every year. It's fun to see them in costume even though it's only a few moments. I never know where they'll be so I leave the TV on till they're featured.

11. Yes I try to watch the Macy's Parade every year

Over 30 years ago my son was playing tuba with his high school marching band and they were in the Macy's parade. I was living in NJ at the time and working in Manhattan, so I went to the parade that year and got some great photos. Now that I think about it, that was almost 40 years ago, probably '86 or '87.
