Just watched "Grease! Live!"

Live televised musicals is really becoming a thing!

I remember Mary Martin in "Peter Pan" and Carol Burnett in "Once Upon a Mattress."

Lesley Anne Warren in "Cinderella"!

Now we have had Carrie Underwood in "Sound of Music," followed by "Peter Pan," The Wiz" and now this remarkable production of "Grease"!

What's next?

It is a rather spectacular production, each of these new TV musicals seems to surpass the last one.

To see these artists involved in a team project like this is inspirational. It says the arts are alive!

Very impressive!

And the incredible performance of Vanessa Hudgens and the revelation today of her father's death the day before!

My family thought she was the absolute best performer in the show - and then we found out she is an old-school trouper?

A star is born! We'll never forget it!
