School nurses were the first to go

Now a school nurse has several schools assigned and only turns up during screening and to keep the paperwork straight.

Add to this the insane no tolerance policies that prevent kids from bringing their own life saving medication with them because there is no school nurse to park it with and it's a recipe for disaster.

I hope somebody listens to Mr. Foster. Their own kids might be at risk because some bureaucrat wants to do everything on the cheap. All our kids deserve better than that.

It's Arizona, though, so I'm not hopeful.
