WTF?

http://forecast.weather.gov/product.php?site=NWS&issuedby=TWC&product=AFD&format=CI&version=1&glossary=1

WITH LIGHT WINDS DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS AND A DRY AIR MASS
THROUGHOUT THE DEPTH OF THE ATMOSPHERE...CONDITIONS ARE RIPE FOR
EXCELLENT RADIATIONAL COOLING THE NEXT COUPLE OF NIGHTS. THIS WILL
RESULT IN SOME RATHER COOL NIGHT TIME TEMPERATURES TONIGHT AND AGAIN
THURSDAY NIGHT. LOWS WILL BE 8-13 DEGREES COLDER THAN NORMAL WITH
UPPER 30S TO MID 40S RATHER COMMON ACROSS THE EASTERN TWO-THIRDS OF
THE AREA AND LOWER TO MID 50S ACROSS THE WESTERN DESERTS. SOME
SUB-FREEZING READINGS ARE LIKELY IN ISOLATED NORMALLY COLDER
LOCATIONS OF THE HIGHER VALLEYS OF COCHISE COUNTY.
HOWEVER
SUB-FREEZING CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE WIDESPREAD ENOUGH TO
WARRANT A FREEZE WARNING AT THIS TIME.
