I'm sure it's already here, and every other county, they just haven't tested enough people. I am in the Prescott area, which is away from interstates so I expect it will take longer to get here.

Yeah when I first came here on a vacation 35 years ago, Prescott Valley was called Jackass Flats.

The patient is from Sedona, though, so they're still pretty far away from you.

There may be more cases in Yavapai County. It took the county well more than 24 hours to update their page to reflect the Coconino case, so they appear to be slow in releasing information.
