it's Hatch chile season!

this guy makes a lot of claims, he is nearby but I don't know him. I always heard most came from northern Chihuahua.

Once in a while you see Anaheim chilis, but the only way I can
taste Hatch chili is to order cans of green chili enchilada sauce.
