From Senator Sinema: Solutions for Food Insecurity in Arizona with inserted live links

I hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy during this difficult time. A critical part of our work to slow the spread of coronavirus, save lives, and ensure a full economic recovery, is our new effort to feed Arizona families in need while supporting local restaurants.

Our bipartisan, bicameral FEMA Empowering Essential Deliveries (FEED) Act - supported by Chef José Andrés - helps Arizona cities, towns, and tribes partner with local restaurants and nonprofits to feed Arizona families.

Supporting Arizona restaurants and nonprofits that provide meals for children, seniors, and vulnerable communities helps Arizonans stay healthy and keep food on their tables during the coronavirus pandemic. Learn more HERE.

St. Stephen's in Phoenix has a food bank that is open on Wednesdays. The church is located on East Oak and North 56th Street. That is behind the buttes in Papago Park. Hours are 9 to noon. The only thing required is a picture identification and a mask. You can get two boxes a month.
