Swarm of small earthquakes in Northern and Southern California

A few near Concord and a few down in Riverside County this morning. Small ones. Are we getting close for a big one?

Hopefully the small releases of pressure will prevent a big one. Or are they foreshocks to a big one??

I like to think these earthquake swarms are just releasing stresses generated from the Napa earthquake rather than foreshocks to the 'big one'.
