that you plan to run outside in the rain naked because you couldn't afford to take a shower?

Don't forget to lather up beforehand.

It started out late this afternoon as tiny fog-drops, but it's been steady 'till this midnight update.

Welcome, raindrops!

But wait, now I have to go to work in this stuff? That's totally unfair...

(Be careful if you're driving, everybody - it's always a bit extra slippery after the first drizzle, and all those other people will have forgotten how to drive in the wet. )

And getting to an off-site meeting this afternoon several blocks from rail!

edit: At least I made it on time, though. At least three of my colleagues (out of about 20) report they are stuck in traffic.

In my area of Los Angeles, started getting some sprinkles about 5ish-6ish, but nothing significant.

Then have had about 3 huge, 10 second, downpours through the evening...and that's been it up till now.

We sure needed more.

After I made my post, I went out and looked up. A few puffy clouds but a lot of clear as I could see stars.

At least things got damp.
