Don't be surprised if some men would raise the issue of "three women at the top."

Back in the 90s, Kathleen Brown was running for governor.

I was present at a luncheon meeting where she was talking. At Orange County, no less.

And a man sitting next to me commented that, we already had two women senators so now we would have three women as the top leaders of the state?

And I could only look at him and responded that he'd never had problems when all the representatives: president and governor, senators and members of congress were, well... men.

I think that all future Supreme Court nominees should be women, until we have 9 women, and then let's keep it all female for as long as the court was all male.

Someone asked her when she thought there'd be enough women on the court. She coolly replied. "When there are nine."

I'll admit, I was slightly disappointed that Obama named a man for this latest vacancy.

Of course, what we definitely need are a lot more women in Congress. Each house should be at least half women. We have a very long way to go.

There are plenty of legitimate reasons to broad-brush my less-evolved gender. But this seems like an isolated poly-divorced simpleton.
