California's Happy Cows

I propose since California has "happy cows" that we form a C.O.W.S. Union.
Coalition Of Western States.
California, Oregon, and Washington.

I know unions being a Chief Steward prior to retirement.

I offer my services.

All through my childhood, I mistakenly understood the California State Livestock Pavilion was renamed the Cow Palace because California, Oregon, and Washington were represented in the West Coast livestock shows.
