California Assembly passes “marijuana sanctuary state” bill

The bill would prohibit state and local police from helping enforce federal anti-marijuana laws that conflict with state law

in Marijuana now. Plus, popular support is the majority &growing fast. He is so desperate to be an authoitarian bigshot, that he will probably blunder into it.
Plus, the vets want it and need it. He will be on the wrong side of that.

I'd rather have stricter marijuana laws if it keeps some state from using this as a precedent to do something like restrict marriage again because of "state's rights."

The nuclear option was all fun and games until we weren't in power anymore.
