Loved Julian.
Used to stay at the campgrounds nearby, in the 70's and 80's, before you had to make reservations.
Border Field State Park, before they put the fence on the border.
Kids from Tijuana (not Ti-a-juana) would cross over to play soccer on the grass (their side was dirt).
And the county did get snow.
