where I trust the lawmakers more than if I lived in a red state, like Indiana.
John Garamendi tweeted tonight, "I am aware of reports that a Solano County resident has tested positive for COVID-19 strain of Coronavirus. I am in close contact with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and the State of California and will pass along any updates as they become available".
"The CDC told The Sacramento Bee Wednesday that a confirmed case in Northern California is of an unknown origin. The person is resident of Solano County and is being treated in Sacramento. The CDC told KRON that the patient has not traveled to a foreign country and has not been in contact with a confirmed case. It is possible that the patient may have been exposed to a returned traveler who was infected the CDC said in a release. The CDC said that it is possible that this is an instance of community spread of COVID-19, which would be the first time this has happened in the United States."
"Community spread means spread of an illness for which the source of infection is unknown."

However, last year they did start biting in March in that area. https://www.sacbee.com/news/weather-news/article228074844.html

Feb was a completely dry month though, a record.
But warm and sunny. I've noticed mosquitoes for several weeks (but am near a river).
Hope like hell they aren't carriers!! Unless the virus is only shed in mucous etc?
