I lived in the Bay during the '89 Loma Prieta, no way would I wanna do that again!

11. My earthquake app shows a 5.1 magnitude

14 Km east of Seven Trees, CA...6KM deep. Immediately followed by a 301 Mg aftershock.

12. I really felt it!

I'm in San Jose and felt it pretty strongly. It seemed to last a bit too. Kind of scary since it's been so long since we've had one of that size. You always wonder, "Is this the one..."

I'm on the coast, Rio Del Mar, it shook for a while!

I'm also 5.0 miles from the 1989 Loma Prieta epicenter and just barely above the tsunami zone!
