I've been looking for a complete video of Governor Newsom's statement this evening; this is the best I can find so far. It's not complete, but it covers a lot of ground. There's also a good review of what happened in Judge Breyer's courtroom today that led up to his decision to return the Guard to Governor Newsom's control.
