San Francisco Airport (SFO) to Downtown San Francisco - Cheap and Easy!

I post this video as a reminder for people trapped in our car-centric culture. Parking in San Francisco can be an expensive nightmare. It might have been far worse today if the freeways of the 'fifties and 'sixties had been built out as planned.

a friend and her late husband had an apartment in sfo. never drove but used pt or walked .

I have relatives who do.

They use Uber, borrow, or rent a car when they travel to places where owning a car is mandatory.

The savings from car payments, insurance, and upkeep rode the stock market during the dotcom boom and helped me buy a house.

No vacations also helped.
