Thanks for sharing this article. I've always wondered why home prices in Calif. were so high, other than the obvious
triggers (everyone wants to live there, etc., high land prices, etc.).
I didn't realize some of the issues affecting pricing in Calif. (I do have a lot of friends who live there, some family).
