This was horrific to see. He was DUI too.

It looks like he slammed into the 3 cars and they were all pancaked against another stopped truck. OMG

California Penal Code 191.5(A)?

Could be because driver didn't brake. Maximum prison term of 10 years and fine of up to $10,000. Three counts = as much as 30 years.
