GOP Governor candidate Neel Kashkari

I think we need to shed some light on this guy. I've seen his ads on Youtube and, sadly, on DU (along with Allen West's). One of his ads declares, "Jobs. Education. That's It.". Who is funding him, what his history is, why he's running against the High Speed Rail Project (which will create jobs) - I don't want any surprises come Election Day.

...but my primary concern is actually larger than just California. Neel Kashkari is a prototype of the "young, vibrant, virile, articulate" Republican male that they're hoping will catch on with younger voters.

And with Koch and other billionaire cash behind him and his ilk, don't take him lightly.

I have little doubt that barring anything major, Brown should win again. But we need to make sure Kashkari stays down when he goes down.

's all I'm saying.

I hope that Brown has an easier re-election against the far-right Donnelly, whose supporters consider Kashkari a RINO.

Plus, Donnelly has plenty of dirty laundry like the gun in the airport and public transphobia.

Tom Donnelly is the preferred rethug.

With that said, keep an eye on him.

He's the reason why we bailed out the banks, and not the citizens.

Read about it in Andrew Ross Sorkin's [iToo Big to Fail]

Also made into an HBO flick, pretty good, if you ask me.

"Kashkari is the Republican establishment's choice in the race, endorsed by such party luminaries as 2012 presidential nominee Mitt Romney and former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice."
