Related: About this forumAnyone living in Mariposa, California ?
My wife and I have been here for 16 months, moved here from the crowded coast for more space, land, four seasons and (hopefully) a more reliable water source. We are self-employed, late 50's early, 60's, but so very, very hip!
It's a bit conservative here and we'd like to meet more people who are liberal leaning, like DU members!

You'll surely meet some like minded progressive Democrats there.

the Methodist church in Oakhurst is very left-leaning.
