Someone just came to my door from the Cory Gardner campaign

First of all, I don't open my door because (newsflash) we're in a pandemic. Second, um, no.

I saw him coming and opened my office window and asked him if I could help him. When he said he was with the Cory Gardner campaign, I told him, "Yeah, I'm not voting for Cory Gardner. You might want to only go to Republican houses."

He was polite. And he left.

If they wear a mask and stay outside, I would be fine with that. Claustrum Sep 2020 #2

My office window is close enough to interact, but far enough to be safe.

Besides the pandemic factor, I've gotten to the point where I don't open my door to anyone I don't personally know just for general safety purposes. When I had a protective dog, I didn't feel so vulnerable. I don't think my four cats will do much to protect me.

But I think if they wear a mask and stay far away, then it's fine on the COVID front.

By the way, you didn't mention if they wore a mask. Since they are republican, I am guessing they didn't?

But if they are campaigning for a Democrat, feel free to knock. My state rep stopped by, LOVED the notice, and took a picture of it.

I need to make a new one because the one I have now is fading.
