Anyone hear an unusual amount of helicopters last night too?

1. We live in Bowie, MD just east of D.C. and we hear the helicopters every night.

3. I remember

A helicopter hovering in my backyard so low I could have tossed a stone up at it and hit it. They hovered there for 15 minutes. I could clearly see the face of one guy and there were 3 people in it.
