Florida with the nation's highest foreclosure rate for the 11th straight month.

On foreclosures, progress, but court pipeline still full

By John Hielscher

Sept.22, 2014

WHILE LOCAL COURTS HAVE made headway in clearing out the foreclosure backlog, Sarasota attorney Nancy E. Cason says they still have a long way to go.

Cason, a foreclosure specialist with the Syprett Meshad law firm, says it could take another 18 months to process the cases now clogging the 12th Judicial Circuit, which includes Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto counties.

"Contrary to popular belief, the foreclosure crisis is far from over in the 12th Judicial Circuit," said Cason, who recently wrote an article on the subject for The Docket, the monthly publication of the Sarasota County Bar Association.

Seriously, there are so many awful things going on in this state.

We've got to get rid of Rick Scott.

Scott and the rest of the republicans suck!
Yes, you and I, and the rest of the Floridians are not on the receiving end and we both know that's their agenda.

according to the political ads he's running here, we've got the best climate, greatest job growth, progressive environmental policies, best police force with the lowest crime rate, and the best medical care (we don't need no Obamacare). I just saw an ad where he and his wife are walking along the white sand dunes reflecting on how hard work and good moral character made him what he is today.

And me and my neighbors are shitting multi-colored lollipops and I have two unicorns in my garage.

Just quick comment because don't have time to read all of this. Where I LIVE, it's so RED & lots of rich people live here too! I ain't one of them!

Been trying to get people out to vote, but I'm afraid they'll be voting for Governor Skeletor, "the alien!"

So SICK!
