At a pain doctor's office. It is filled with anti-marijuana bullshit!

To the point that their is a huge sign sitting right in the front with things like:

"Colorado's teen rate of pot use is up 4 times than before legalization" FALSE!

"Untrained caregivers would give it to their patients" They give the opiates that these doctors prescribe too!

All the bullshit comes from this site. Anyone know who is behind it big time I would love to know.

http://www.dontletfloridagotopot.com/

I know that these doctors want people to come in every month to get their opiate prescriptions. I think they know they are going to lose money.

Shame on them! I wish I could out them somehow.

There is a "Toolkit" at the site and I found a couple of the printouts that were at this office.

I fear this fuck heads will win again and it will al because of greed.

1. Jesus, one debunked lie after another

I did a "whois" and came up with:

Registrant Name: Jim Hunt Registrant Street: City: Tallahassee Registrant State/Province: Florida Registrant Postal Code: 32303 Registrant Country: US Registrant Phone: Registrant Email: darrena@moorecommgroup.com

So far I haven't turned up much except he's a marketing executive. He's not a physician, he's not a researcher, and he doesn't seem to be anybody but a rich guy with an axe to grind. If he's connected to Big Pill, it's by blocks of stock.

All the information is public. If you ever want to know who owns a domain, just put "whois whatsis.com" into Le Google. Sometimes it goes to an individual. Sometimes you have to track down a series of shell corporations to get there. This one is an individual. I deleted the street address and phone number.

I think I might go looking for a better pain specialist. If FL goes for medical cannabis (unlikely), I'd want a doctor who would perscribe it instead of opiates or as an adjunct to reduce the dosage.

5. I saw the big pharma page. No wonder he is fighting pot. And thanks for showing me how to find

the owners of pages. I never knew how to do that. I always thought it was something on the page I had to find.

2. What more proof do you need

That Marijuana really is good medicine when doctors are afraid it will cut into their business.

3. Grrrr

Until we have more compassion than greed or until the economics of weed can surpass big pharma this is an unfortunate reality.

6. I just left that doctor's office a very bad review since they act like a political office rather

than a medical one. I made a point of saying that they would lose money if amendment 2 is passed and something about how awful it is that they care more about their wallets than they do their patients.

Medicine in this country is really sad. There is something wrong with people who value money more than people. One good thing is I know most DU'ers and other Dems are not like that and I'm glad to be in you all's company!
