Amendment #8 was missing from my absentee ballot

Simply not there. I don't understand why. I am in Miami. It skipped directly from 7 to 9. I was extremely careful checking and checking again. That amendment was nowhere on my absentee ballot.

Regarding the justices, I realize it's a waste of time since they will virtually always be retained but I looked them all up individually and they were appointed by Rick Scott so I voted No.
