Hey Florida...Can I ask a question?

Mr. Whathehell and I are just thawing out of a long, VERY cold

winter in our hometown of Chicago and would very much like to

avoid this NEXT winter...Could you be so kind as to give us a

timeframe, say earliest to latest, fot finding and securing a

Seasonal Rental for next year?

We:re looking primarily at the Gulf Coast or Orlando/ possibly St. Augustine area.

We would be so appreciative -- Thanks.

No such thing as too early - a year ahead of time is not too early. Don't wait. patricia92243 Apr 2019 #3

I think a lot of people become regulars so for best selection early is probably better. Mine is Middle East coast fyi.

Lease-wise, we were thinking about four months -- December to April, something like that, but we are flexible. In what part of Florida do you live, if I may ask?

Naturally you will have to put some cash down to hold you a place - usually nonrefundable.
