Based on social science of the primacy effect giving candidates listed first on the ballot a benefit, a federal district court has struck down Floridas law dictating ballot order of candidates based on the winner of the last governors race as unconstitutional.

They can send reporters to every FSU or FAMU sporting event, but can't be bothered to send a reporter to the state capitol building. It's been that way since I first moved to Tallahassee in 1972. That is why I will not subscribe to that fish wrapper.
