RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - A student says he was choked by a classmate before he punched him the nose. It happened during 6th grade math class. The teacher? Asleep.
A student took a picture of the snoozing teacher and posted it on social media.
Our Call for Action team took the call from the angry mother who shared the picture of the sleeping teacher.

If you are a high school grad and want to make $82.05 per day, you can substitute.
Texas is similar. I lived in Corpus Christi for a few years and my wife regularly worked as a substitute in that district with only a high school diploma. She wasn't expected to actually teach. She was just the adult in the room.
I don't think sleeping was one of the options though.
