The 14th CD of Georgia is the poorest district in the state.
MTG got almost 75% of the vote, but hey, the district is 75+% white . . . .

But it would have to be through a pac, not the Democratic nominee. Otherwise Flowers might appear to be capitalizing on someones misfortune. Repukes do it all the time of course.
