9. My cousin who is in Decatur, GA (DeKalb County)

texted pics of the Warnock flyers she got before she voted this afternoon. She said they had QR codes on them that when scanned, would provide a list of where the polling locations were. She said quote "it's crazy here" and it "took 15 minutes" so "not bad".
