Hawaii serious about smoking

The county parks for the Big Island banned smoking last year, and now the state parks will follow suit. The parks are so much cleaner now, without all the cigarette butts. There is also an ordnance against smoking in a car carrying a child. Smoking is on the way out. Aloha
