Didn't see that coming. I'm sure there will those in Bannock and Latah Counties making similar proclamations, though I can see where Bannock maybe not so much.

Somehow I don't think this will grow legs as far as making it to a floor debate in the legislature.

Since they have cowed down Democrats as "soft on drugs," they own the issue, and could cast the GOP in a more favorable light for libertarian & younger voters by switching stances.
