Effingham County Clerk Michelle Kollmann has announced that voters can cast a ballot prior to the March 17, 2026 General Primary Election beginning Thursday February 5.

Early Voting will be conducted in the Benson Wood Room, 1st Floor, of the Effingham County Office Building at 101 N. Fourth Street in Effingham.

For the March 17, 2026 General Primary Election, Early Voting will be conducted from Thursday, February 5, 2026 through Monday, March 16, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon).
