All Notre Dame students to be vaccinated by end of spring semester
SOUTH BEND Notre Dame officials say they will be able to vaccinate all students by the end of the spring semester.
In a letter to students, faculty and staff Thursday night, Notre Dame President Rev. John Jenkins said the university was informed yesterday that it, along with other Indiana colleges and universities, would be allowed to open a vaccination center on campus by mid-April.
The Indiana Department of Health will provide enough vaccine for all students, undergraduate, professional and graduate students included, to receive both doses of Pfizer by the end of the semester.
Vaccine will also be available for faculty and staff, Jenkins wrote.
The university is encouraging staff and faculty already registered for vaccine to keep their current appointments.
