Ernst ad on Directv

Koch PAC Freedom Partners Action Fund has a Joni Ernst ad on this morning on CNN. Can Directv download to specific areas? I thought I was free of her BS on the satellite service.

1. I think any satellite or cable provider can insert local ads in certain areas for a price. How do

you know it isn't CNN getting paid to put the ad on?

On the Rachael Maddow show I have seen right wing ads from the koch's, especially the anti-ACA ads

Iowa has less than one percent of US population, ninety-nine percent waste. Same if sent to all Directv receivers.
