State rep, who downplayed virus, in ICU with COVID

A KY House member who in the past has raised doubts about the seriousness of the pandemic has been in intensive care with COVID for a week.

Rep. Thomas Huff (R-Shepherdsville) shared on social media that he was on “Day 6 in isolation in the ICU.” When asked, he confirmed that he had COVID-19.

Huff, elected in 2018, has commented in the past that even though he understood COVID was “nasty,” he didn’t believe it was as bad as reported. He has also attended meetings in Frankfort without a mask, raising concerns among others in the capitol as to who might have been exposed to the virus by him. And he recently co-sponsored a bill to make sure the coronavirus vaccine is not made mandatory in Kentucky.

Elected Democrats and their leaders have expressed more than once that they are concerned about the lack of masks among Republican legislators, and have asked the Republican leadership to mandate the use of masks. However, that has not happened.

Pretty much no way 6 days isolated in the ICU hasn't sucked pretty bad, so let's see what his attitude is after he leaves.

Although if he's still personally tweeting whilst on day 6 in the ICU his just deserts are neither justy or deserty enough to deserve the name.

6 Days in ICU - that is going to be a huge bill.

All the hospitals packed.

HOW is ignoring the advice of experts ALWAYS a go-to with the Reich Wing?

OH yeah. There are MORE DEMs so statistically, they are just doing some purging of voters with the cover of COVID.

Then, think of being on oxygen at home when discharged and or physical therapy for muscle retraining...it is a long, long recovery if you get to recover.

That
1) He doesn't wear a mask because he doesn't care about spreading a possibly fatal disease to others or
2) He doesn't wear a mask because he doesn't care about getting a possibly fatal disease or
3) He doesn't believe in Science or
4) He doesn't believe in Medicine?

'Cause if it's number four or any/all of the above he needs change out of his hospital gown, pack his sh¡t in his plastic hospital personal effects bag and go home.

Idiot.

Now I just feel bad for the health care providers who have to take care of his dumb ass.
