Were I live a family of 4 making $50000 a year would pay $4750 a year. That may be less than doc03 Sep 2013 #1

Single payer Medicare is about $100.00 per month. Let us hope that the Congress seated in January DhhD Sep 2013 #2

And a low income person receiving Medicare, get the single payer premium paid by State Medicaid. DhhD Sep 2013 #3

they pay now but that is a lot of money at that income level.

2015 will move the ACA to a single payer like President Obama and the Democrats wanted and tried for months to get in 2009-10. Everybody should know that Republican stopped it. They are for big salaried and bonused Insurance companies.
