Intoxicated man bashes East Baton Rouge deputy's windshield with his head, threatens to have officers fired
An intoxicated man was booked on public intimidation, resisting an officer and other counts Friday after deputies responded to a disturbing the peace call at a Baton Rouge apartment complex.
The man, Michael Richards, 31, of Scott cracked the windshield of a deputys patrol car with his head and threatened deputies who arrested him with their jobs, according to the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriffs Office.
He claimed that his family was the governor of this state and that he had family members in Caddo Parish who were police officers, the report states.
The report quotes him as telling deputies, I hope you like your job because in a few weeks it's going to be gone."
