However I found this surprising-the Irving's are the 6th largest landowners in the US:

I suspect that this feel good political commercial is about their desire to bi-sect Maine with a pipeline from Halifax to Quebec? Trying to get a better handle on who the political actors are in the "Clean Energy Corridor".
