OK, funny story about my plow guy, tonight.

So I got 5" of snow today (from 3:00 AM thru 3:00PM) on top of the 5" of new snow this weekend, Friday/Saturday.

My 2007 VW Passatt could go down my driveway - but not up. The studs are spent and the trip up is a crapshoot.

All I needed were smokes. Texted him and he got my message. No need to leave the log home, cuz my plow guy delivered 2 packs of smokes for me!.

This is why I love living in Maine.

He's always welcome to stop in when he's not plowing. He's a key guy in helping me manage my 50 acres up in Central Maine.

took 3 weeks to do the deck and logs. The roof was a whole nother story. 7 layers to that sucker.

Just cleared 2 acres of trees and cut my view of Lake Wassaokeag back, as well as my long range views of the Bigelow Mountain range.

We bought this one basically as a shell, and been working on it ever since (5 yrs.) Small, but cozy, on 10 acres of woods and pasture.
