Arizona has a Permanent Early Voting List (PEVL), which allows a voter to automatically receive a ballot by mail for every election they are eligible to vote in.

New Mexico, I was pleased to received notices in the mail from our State Government that ALL
voters registered with one of the major parties here would automatically receive an absentee ballot
by mail and gave a procedure for any other voter to request the same. It's such a relief to have
adults in charge here!

note: this is the result of electing Democrats...
