Well, Charlie Baker right out of the box blames current administration

for the death of people in his "victory" speech. He must be talking about the mess in the Department of Social Services. But his logic must mean that all the people removed from Partners Healthcare and couldn't get insurance and died must be fair game for his performance "turning around" that company. I think this is going to be one ugly month and half of campaigns with outside money making all kinds of ugly claims in ads.
