Dropkick Murphys bus involved in fatal traffic accident
The Dropkick Murphys canceled a Sunday night show after the band’s tour bus struck and killed a pedestrian just north of Austin, Texas, the band wrote on social media Sunday.
According to a post on the band’s Facebook page, the Dropkick Murphys were en route to Dallas when a pedestrian “suddenly ran onto the highway” and was hit by the tour bus.
The band said that the pedestrian was killed and that local police were looking into whether the incident was a suicide.
