Coronavirus Tracker: Confirmed cases reach 43,754; Whitmer slams Capitol protest
Michigan added 547 cases to its coronavirus case count on Sunday, bringing the states overall total to 43,754.
There were 29 deaths reported Sunday, bringing the states COVID-19 death toll to 4,049. Michigan officials have cautioned that weekend totals tend to be lower than those midweek, so Sundays tallies shouldnt necessarily be interpreted as a dramatic slowdown of the virus spread.
